RETURN POLICY

All Sales are Final.

Returns and exchanges are valid only in the event of a (new) product defect. Product must be returned in original (new) condition within 14 days of receipt to be considered for replacement or refund. Hansen Basketball Services, LLC will at its sole discretion determine refund or replacement eligibility. All remedies must be approved prior to return.

We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

USPS Priority Mail is the typical shipping method for purchases in the United States. Delivery times vary in different parts of the country.

Orders in Canada typically ship via UPS service. Most Canadian cities are six days but could be longer.

If you need rush delivery on your order please use the CONTACT US form prior to placing your order to receive an accurate shipping total.

Most orders are shipped the next business day.
